Context

SC-009 measured time-to-first-correct-answer improvement after wiki deployment. The target was at least 40% average reduction.

Details

Observed result: - baseline (T007): 105 sec average; - with wiki (T024): 81 sec average; - improvement: 23% average.

Why the result was partial: - two questions improved strongly on fully documented topics; - three questions underperformed on topics that were still V2 stubs at measurement time.

V2 corrective actions: - document workflows for GitHub bridge and alerting; - add operations runbook for log policy and checks; - update task index so navigation reaches the right page in fewer steps.

Success condition for re-test: - rerun the same 5 standard questions after V2 documentation is fully in place; - confirm improvement reaches or exceeds the 40% target.
